Recently, Thomas Nelson Publishers sent me a super cute book to review on my blog called The Tallest Of Smalls. The book was written by Max Lucado and illustrated my Marai Monescillo.
The Tallest of Smalls is a book about a little boy named Ollie who is desperate to fit in with the "cool" crowd in the town of Stiltsville. Eventually he gets that chance but soon realizes being like everyone else isn't so great after all. This book sends the message not to judge ourselves by the standards of others but to remember that God made each and everyone of us just the way we should be.
This book is recommended for ages 4-7 years old although I think that the message it sends is great for children of all ages. The story is written in rhyme which captures the attention of little ones and the pictures are brilliant. Take a look for yourself and watch the video below! I highly recommend it!
