OK OK OK.....

I've taken a blogging break. I swear it hasn't been intentional. I've been busy....keeping the house clean, taking care of sick kids, learning how to work a sewing machine (more on that later). Anyhow, I will be back up and rolling tomorrow. Promise. Unless, I get too busy. ;)

I Heart Faces.....Green

Today was a GREAT St. Patrick's Day with the weather reaching into the 70's! HURRAY!! The kids were so excited to be able to play outside. Madison got the biggest kick out of the super strong wind blowing her down the driveway on her Radio Flyer tricycle. Here she is cracking up!

I thought this picture would be perfect for this weeks contest at Iheartfaces. The theme this week is green. She hasn't taken her "Dorothy Hat" off all day (expect when the wind blew it).

A Boy. His Bat and Ball. And His Potty.

Today Cayden woke up and decided he didn't want to wear clothes or a diaper. So he didn't. And as a result, has peed in the potty (for the very first time) all day long!! YAY Cayden! So here is a picture of Cayden playing baseball. I thought it was more appropriate than a picture of him peeing.

Cayden

Cayden cracks me up! He has to be one of the funniest, goofiest kids ever. Now that he has learned to take his clothes off, he hates to have them on. He also prefers to stomp around in snow boots all day. Usually he prefers Madisons pink Uggs. Today however, he decided that his blue ones would go nicely for the photo shoot. What a kid!

Rainy Day Activity

It's pouring buckets here. Its been raining for the past 48 hours and therefore we are all stuck inside. BUT, who needs to go outside when daddy can build the best fort ever using every chair, blanket and pillow in the house?

It even comes equipped with a vicious watchdog.

A Second Life

See Cayden's footie pajamas? They are a size 2T and too small. But that's nothing that cant be fixed with a pair of scissors. Now they have no feet but they fit again. And, he thinks they're cool. Cause he's 2 not 15. But don't worry, I won't take him out out public.

Messy

Cinderella's Castle?

Actually its a Serbian Orthodox Church on the way to Madison's school. BUT Madison swears that it is where Cinderella lives when she is not in Florida. She asks everyday on our way to school when we can stop and see the princess. I have yet to tell her the truth and shatter her dream of one day seeing Cinderella 1/2 mile from our house.
